- Transparency: While we are a mission-driven shop, your purchase is a retail transaction for goods (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies). Please consult a tax professional regarding whether your purchase qualifies as a partial tax-deductible donation in your region.
2. Products and Orders
- Descriptions: We strive for 100% accuracy in our product images and descriptions. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or stock availability.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing: Since many of our items are printed to order to reduce waste, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
- Shipping: Shipping times vary by location. TalyaRescue.shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because our profits go directly to the dogs, we handle returns as follows:
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with a photo for a free replacement.
- Size Exchanges: To maximize the funds sent to the rescue, we encourage you to check our size charts carefully before ordering. Exchanges for sizing may be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping costs.
